Structural composition

working principle
The work trolley places the metal material to be processed inside the furnace. The burner or electric furnace on the upper part of the furnace will generate high-temperature flames or electric heating energy, which will be transmitted to the metal material through radiation and conduction inside the furnace, raising it to the required processing temperature.
When the metal material reaches the processing temperature, the furnace will maintain a constant temperature, allowing the metal material to undergo the required heat treatment processes such as annealing, sintering, quenching, etc. at that temperature.
After completing the heat treatment process, the heating source inside the furnace will stop supplying, and the temperature inside the furnace will gradually decrease. To prevent stress and deformation of metal materials under rapid cooling, natural cooling or external cooling media can be used for cooling.
