Start the equipment: Place the metal material to be processed on the trolley, and then push the trolley into the furnace. Close the furnace door and ensure that it is well sealed. Set the required temperature and time parameters in the control system. Start the heating system, and the burner or electric heating element on the upper part of the furnace will generate high-temperature flames or electric heating energy, which will be transmitted to the furnace and metal materials through radiation and conduction.
Drying process: During the drying process, it is necessary to regularly observe the temperature inside the oven and the drying condition of the items. If there are any abnormal situations, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. According to the requirements of the dried item, the drying temperature and time can be adjusted appropriately to ensure the drying effect.
End drying: When the drying time reaches the set value, turn off the heating system and circulation system to allow the temperature inside the oven to naturally decrease. When the temperature inside the oven drops below the safe temperature, open the oven door and remove the items to be dried. Clean the residue inside the oven and keep it clean.
