Blast drying ovens primarily rely on heat, which is uniformly introduced into the oven chamber through a volumetric and air conditioning system to dehydrate
and dry materials. Heat sources include electric heating, gas, and thermal oil, with the temperature controlled by a control system. The oven maintains a
temperature uniformity of ≤±3°C during operation. The control system utilizes an advanced human-machine interface (HMI) with a PLC touch screen and
intelligent digital temperature controller. Electrical components are sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider, Chint Electric, and Fuji.
The oven complies with GMP industry standards.
