A vacuum oven is a precision drying device that performs drying under negative pressure. By creating a vacuum, it significantly reduces the drying temperature
of materials, effectively protecting the activity of heat-sensitive ingredients. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical, and other fields where
drying quality is extremely demanding.
A vacuum oven uses a vacuum pump to extract air from the working chamber, creating a negative pressure environment. Under vacuum, the boiling point of
water is significantly lowered, allowing moisture in the material to evaporate at a lower temperature. Combined with a precise temperature control system,
it achieves low-temperature, high-efficiency drying, avoiding the damage caused by high temperatures.
