Products Introduction

Applications:
Hot air circulation ovens are widely used for drying and dehydrating materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, food, plastics, and light industrial
machinery industries.
Principle and Features:
Hot air circulation ovens rely primarily on heat sources, which are uniformly introduced into the oven chamber through air volume and a control system to
dehydrate and dry materials. Heat sources include steam, electric heating, gas, thermal oil, and other sources. The control system adjusts the temperature
to the user's desired setting. During operation, the oven maintains a temperature uniformity of ≤±3°C. A fully enclosed hot air circulation oven houses the
circulation and dehumidification motors within the oven, creating a horizontal profile.
The control system utilizes an advanced human-machine interface, a PLC touch screen, and an intelligent digital temperature controller. Electrical components
are sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider, Chint Electric, and Fuji. The oven complies with GMP industry standards.
